What file format do we require?

We prefer .png format to make the best photo magnet. But, we also accept .jpg format too.
How fast do we ship our products?

Our products are made-to-order. Once we confirm the payment and we receive your photos, we'll be working right away on your order. Depends on the bulk of order, we usually take 1-2 business days to complete the photo magnets.
How do I send my photos?

Kindly send your photos to magnesiaphotocraft@gmail.com with the following format: Subject: UPLOAD_<order id> Appreciate if you can send us your photos in their original size so we can make the best photo magnet for your memories. ☺️
How do I pay?

For now, we accept payments via PayNow and PayPal only.
